Exchange/refund procedure information
- If you would like to exchange or refund the product, please submit a return request to our main email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 14 days of receipt and we will assist you with guidance.
- In case of a defective product, shipping costs incurred for exchange/refund are borne by the seller.
- In case of simple change of mind of the buyer, the round-trip shipping costs incurred during exchange/refund are borne by the buyer.
- Round-trip shipping costs incurred in case of exchange/refund due to incorrect size are borne by the seller.
- In case of defective fabric, defective materials, or sewing defects, you can exchange or refund the same product.
In this case, exchange or refund compensation is not possible.
- If it is determined that the product cannot be resold because the paper tag has been removed.
- If the product shows signs of wearing, washing, contamination, or damage to the product.
- For custom-made products, exchanges/refunds are not possible after ordering is completed.
- If you send an item without receiving a return, exchange or refund is not possible.
